From April 15 to 23, the European Adult Weightlifting Championship was held in Yerevan, Armenia, which was a qualifier for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

Four athletes Briken Calja, Erkand Qerimaj, Daniel Godelli and Kristi Ramadani took part in this championship, who won points for the Olympic Games.

The trainers were: Gerald Toska, Artur Lagja, Endri Karina and Sokol Bishanaku.

The President of the Weightlifting Federation, Mr. Elez Gjoza as well as the General Secretary Mrs. Renada Kamberaj.
